This wine is the big guy of the prestigious Nativ Family. Made 100% of Aglianico grape all hand picked, it contain as well some very uncommon black Aglianico. The black Aglianico is a natural mutation of the Aglianico. It comes on a very peculiar basic as a single cluster of the main plant. They create a pitch black grape very lucisous that are mostly used to create the Nativ Segreti (only, sometime, availlable in store since the very small qty produced).
Basicly, to create the Eremo Nero, they use the Nativ Eremo San Quirico Gold and they infuse some of the black Aglianico inside to give the little extra deepness to a wine that is already near perfection !
