Savatiano is an indigenous variety of Greece. One of the very few grape producing a very low amount of acidity. This create a very specific feel and mouth. A brilliant yellow unoaked wine with a fine fruit aroma well balanced.The vineyard lie at an elevation of 1650ft in the valley of the Muses near Thebes Refreshing, elegant and juicy with a crisp finish. Will suit perfectly your seafood, chicken and many mediterranean dishes.
