It is a pure Montepulciano fermented in Stainless Steel tanks to valorise freshness and fragrance of the intact fruit wich are characteristic of the Montepulciano of these areas. Ruby red colour with purpulish blue highlights. Distinct nose of violets with hints of forest floor and licorice to the palate it appears soft and velvety. Will pair well with pizza, burger and roasted meat.
