Sassirossi comes from Primitivo grapes harvested from old “Alberello” vines. It is deep red with intense purple hints. Intense bouquet of fruit jam, blackcurrant, mulberry, cherry, cocoa and licorice. On the palate, round, smooth and wellbalanced. Ideal with all dishes, in particular with meat sauce, gravy, grilled red meat, braised and stewed meat.
