This wine opens with a rustic aromatic with hints of mushroom and earth, this is an enormously deep and concentrated. With some aeration, ripe grapefruit and poached pear added to the wines expansive frame. Medium body. Great with cheese,charcuterie plates, shellfish, and a warm summer day.
