Capo Zafferano is well known for his implication in the Puglia regio with some great Primitivo (Zinfandel) and Appasimento. But the wold of wine were pretty surprise to see this Cavernet Sauvignon coming out of Veneto region!  Bottled at Fossalta di Piave,  you can suppose that this wine is a test by the winemaker. 
But guest what.  This Cabernet Sauvignon is just perfect. Straight in the middle of the spectrum at this price... it will probably become your everyday wine!
