Sangue di Guida or Blood of Judith or Blood of Judas... name them all... this is the original! This is the proper way to produce a "sparkling sweet wine" without inducing CO2 inside. A complex method of fermentation, playing with temperature to stop the fermentation half way of the process will create this *magic* drink...  Yes we got his sibling in the white ! ;)  Sweet but not overly sweet... One of the top 10 sellers in Sandy's Shack since the opening.
