Cerro Chapeu Estate, carefully selected Tannat grapes that are hand-picked from unique red sandy soils and elevationof more than 1000 feet above sea level giving ideal conditions for this varietal. Vinified in gravity-fed winery with open tank maceragion for 10 days and aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Bottled with minimal handling. Medium to full bodied wine with a great complexity from fruit to woody notes.
