This wine is produced from the oldest vineyard of our company and is located on the top of the hill called "CUSTIO". The wine obtained is aged in French barriques for about 12 months and then bottled. Ruby red colour. Intense aroma with spicy hints and notes of cherry and plum. An austere wine of great structure and personality.
Will pair well with red meat, aged cheese and game.
